We teach your child to…
Create a routine and stick to it: Establish a consistent routine for your daily activities, including waking up, studying, and sleeping. Use visual cues and reminders such as a schedule or a planner to help you stay on track. We teach your child to visualize time and make it work for them!
Break tasks into smaller chunks: Breaking tasks into smaller steps can make them more manageable and help them stay focused. Use a checklist to keep track of their progress.
Prioritize tasks: Prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency. Use color coding or symbols to help you quickly identify tasks that require immediate attention.
Organize their space: Keep their workspace clean and clutter-free. Use folders, binders, and labels to organize their papers and school supplies.
Use technology: Use technology to their advantage by using apps, timers, and alarms to help them stay on task and manage their time.
Take breaks: Taking short breaks can help them recharge and stay focused. Use a timer to limit their breaks and stay on schedule.
Get enough sleep: Sleep is essential for overall health and well-being. Establish a regular sleep schedule and create a relaxing bedtime routine.
